I was invited to review Prime Pet Supply, a brand new online store located out of New York. I was impressed by the diversity of quality products they carry at such reasonable prices. Can you believe Nina Ottoson interactive toys for less than $35.00? Serken sent me a code to use so I could go through the entire process any customer would encounter.

The website is really user friendly. If you are looking for something specific you can search by category or brand. If you need assistance or have questions, you can get help through their live chat, 800 number, or email. All of the products have detailed information including size charts for clothing and ingredients for food items, which by the way, are carefully selected for their healthy ingredients.

After a little time wandering around their website, I found quite a few "premium pet pleasing products" I would purchase or recommend. I finally chose the Hurtta raincoat in Kirby's signature blue (watch for my review).

It was easy placing my order. First I registered which is great because they keep all of my information along with a record of my orders. This is a one time process which you can skip but why would you? They have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 or free for orders over $69.00. Once I placed my order, I received an email with my receipt and order number. A short time later that same day I received an email letting me know my order had shipped.

I also tested the chat line. Because it was late there were no operators available so I left a short message and received a response within 30 minutes. I placed my order Monday, June 17th and received my item on Thursday, June 19th. That's quick service especially for someone like me who hates to wait!
